Training and implementation in one hand

Our Practice Day starts at €2,450 excluding VAT, for one day at your own location. That is a fixed price per group, not per person: your team is trained on one concrete work process from your own operation and leaves at the end of the day with working workflows. For comparison, in-company training days at specialised agencies cost roughly €1,500 to €3,000 per group per day in the Dutch market.

Yes. The Practice Scan is a few questions and produces a report with the route that fits your operation. There is no paywall and no obligation. It is our way of getting acquainted: afterwards you know where AI helps your operation fastest, and whether a next step makes sense for you.

Ongoing guidance costs from €1,450 per month, excluding VAT, depending on the scope of the guidance. For that you get a monthly half-day of sparring, a review of your workflows and results, new use cases and quick support in between. It is the step after the Practice Day, for companies that want to keep improving and stay in control. Separately there is an online learning track for self-study, from €450 per person.

SMEs in the Netherlands can apply for SLIM subsidy for learning and development projects, and an AI training track can be part of that. The next application window for individual SME applications runs from 10 August to 7 September 2026, with subsidy up to €24,999 per application. We are happy to think along about how a track fits such an application, but you apply as the employer yourself.

Participants can receive proof of the track followed. That is not an accredited diploma and we do not present it as such. More important for the EU AI Act: the law does not require a certificate, but demonstrability. That is why we deliver an accountability document recording who was trained in what, when and by whom. That document is your evidence towards regulators, auditors and clients.
