Our Practice Day starts at €2,500 excluding VAT, for one day at your own location. That is a fixed price per group, not per person: your team is trained on one concrete work process from your own operation and leaves at the end of the day with working workflows. Because you pay per group rather than per participant, the price per person drops as the team grows, up to the maximum group size of twelve participants.

Yes. The Practice Scan is a few questions and produces a report with the route that fits your operation. There is no paywall and no obligation. It is our way of getting acquainted: afterwards you know where AI helps your operation fastest, and whether a next step makes sense for you.

Ongoing guidance costs from €1,750 per month, excluding VAT, depending on the scope of the guidance. For that you get a monthly half-day of sparring, a review of your workflows and results, new use cases and quick support in between. It is the step after the Practice Day, for companies that want to keep improving and stay in control. Separately there is an online learning track for self-study, from €500 per person.

Not for the training itself. The SLIM SME scheme covers 60 percent of the eligible costs of a company review that results in a training or development plan and of introducing a learning method, plus €700 per completed career or development advice track. Training costs, such as a training day, are excluded, as are costs that follow from legal obligations. The application window for individual SME applications (19 August to 7 September 2026) has closed. When it is oversubscribed, a lottery sets the order in which applications are handled, and under the scheme the decision follows by 7 December 2026 at the latest, 13 weeks after closing. Subsidy runs up to €24,999 per application (agricultural businesses up to €20,000). We are happy to think along about how a track relates to that dividing line, but you apply as the employer yourself.

Participants can receive proof of the track followed. That is not an accredited diploma and we do not present it as such. More important for the EU AI Act: the law does not require a certificate, but appropriate measures, which you make demonstrable by recording them. That is why we deliver an accountability document recording who was trained in what, when and by whom. That document is your evidence towards regulators, auditors and clients.
