AI that actually works in operations.
Practice-driven AI training and implementation for logistics, food manufacturing and agri-food teams that want to truly excel.
EU-hosted · GDPR-compliant · 100% practice-driven
One operational process per discipline. Run live.
No sales pitch. An agent working inside the relevant standards on a recognisable case. Telemetry runs continuously, a new run kicks off every 12 seconds.
An agent recalibrates routes while trucks are on the road. Live traffic, delivery windows and driver-hours in one model. The planner stays in charge.
- 01Plan ingested
- 02Live traffic fetched
- 03EU Reg. 561 check
- 04VRP solver · hybrid
- 05OTD projection 98.4%
- 06Proposal ready for planner
96.8 → 98.4 per cent OTD. 86 routes recalibrated on live traffic.
One plan cycle recalibrated against A2, A4 and A15 delays. 7 drivers moved off their daily limit. Proposal ready for manual approval by the planner.
- connecting…
Not for production. Practice example at cohort level. Live implementations run on segregated infrastructure with audit log and RLS per site. Manual approval on critical steps.
Training and implementation, in one hand.
You get working AI plus a team that can run it, in one hand, not a report and not a stand-alone course. Everything runs within the standards that apply in your sector, EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant, with the human deciding and signing.
Training and implementation in one hand
A consultant delivers a report. We deliver working AI and a team that can carry it on themselves.
Deeply sector-specific
Case material and templates come from real Dutch operations: distribution centres, production lines, greenhouses and processing plants. Within HACCP, FSSC, BRC, IFS, GMP+, GlobalG.A.P., GDP and GDPR.
Provable and safe
EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant, with an audit log and row level security per site, and manual approval on critical steps.
- Fewer empty kilometres
- Higher delivery reliability
- Less waste
- Less admin

From a free intro to ongoing guidance.
You start small and provable, and scale once it works. The first paid step is the Practice Day. After that, Ongoing guidance is the heart of the partnership.
Expertise you can verify.
Every claim on this page is verifiable: the law by article number, the standards by name and the way we work. We are an executive academy and implementation partner for logistics, food manufacturing and agri-food, EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant.
Senior specialists, matched per sector
We work with a carefully curated network of senior specialists and assign, per assignment, the expert who knows your sector and your standards framework. You pay for experience, not overhead.
EU AI Act, without scare tactics
AI literacy has been mandatory since 2 February 2025 under Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689; from 2 August 2026 Dutch supervision takes shape, with roles for the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) and the RDI. The Act prescribes no mandatory certificate and no fixed number of hours: what counts is demonstrability, and that is what we deliver.
Within the standards you already have
AI workflows that fit HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, GMP+, GlobalG.A.P. and GDP, with an audit log. Not a separate AI island, but an extension of your existing quality system.
The human decides and signs
AI advises; your planner, grower or QA manager keeps the final decision and the signature. EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant, with manual approval on critical steps.
- Substantiated, or not stated. We do not invent cases, figures or testimonials. We cite market figures only with a source.
- Demonstrability over certificates. The AI Regulation prescribes no mandatory certificate and no fixed number of hours. What counts is that you can show what you have arranged.
Our publications reference only these and comparable primary sources. No invented figures, no fine-driven panic.

Four principles.
Four principles govern every engagement: sector-specific work, training and implementation together, compliance built in, and human control. They shape how we compose modules, pick case material and implement in your operation, from the Practice Day (from €2,450) onwards.
- 01
- Modules and case material are built around the work processes of logistics, food manufacturing and agri-food: distribution centres, production lines, greenhouses and processing plants. No generic AI theory.
- 02
- We train your team and build the working AI into the operation in the same track. Not a report that ends up in a drawer, but workflows that keep running after we leave.
- 03
- Every implementation runs within the relevant standards: HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, GMP+, GlobalG.A.P., GDP, EU driving-time rules (Reg. 561/2006), GDPR and CSRD. AI literacy under Article 4 of the EU AI Act (mandatory since 2 February 2025) is arranged demonstrably. Audit-trail, DPIA and data-governance templates are part of the standard kit.
- 04
- AI prepares, the human decides and signs. Critical steps always require manual approval, with an audit log as proof. EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant by default.
