EU AI Act, without scare tactics
AI literacy has been mandatory since 2 February 2025 under Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689; the Regulation applies generally from 2 August 2026, with key supervisory roles for the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) and the RDI. The Act prescribes no mandatory certificate and no fixed number of hours: what counts is demonstrability, and that is what we deliver.
Within the standards you already have
AI workflows that fit HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, GMP+, GlobalG.A.P. and GDP, with an audit log. Not a separate AI island, but an extension of your existing quality system.
The human decides and signs
AI advises; your planner, grower or QA manager keeps the final decision and the signature. Hosted in the EU, with manual approval on critical steps.

01Who is it for?
For owners, board members, operations managers, plant managers, supply chain directors and growers in logistics and transport, food manufacturing and agri-food (including greenhouse and processing). We assume operational responsibility and decision-making authority within your organisation.
02What prior knowledge is required?
No technical background needed. You do need an active operational role and the willingness to work on implementation inside your organisation. Access to relevant operational data (TMS, MES, climate computer, ERP) helps us move faster.
03How does it start?
Start free with the Practice Scan or an Open Webinar, followed by a short discovery call. The first paid step is the Practice Day: one concrete work process, on site, with a result the same day. After that, Ongoing guidance is optional, never automatic.
04What does it cost?
Our training prices are transparent: the Practice Day from €2,500 per group and Ongoing guidance from €1,750 per month, plus the optional Online Learning Track from €500 p.p. Specific trajectories, such as EU AI Act compliance, and heavier bespoke work (multi-day in-company, Executive Strategy Day, the Cohort Programme, full implementation with our build partner) have their own rate or a price on request. Prices are indicative, excluding VAT.
05How are compliance and data governance safeguarded?
Our website, portal and database are hosted in the European Union. For AI features we also use US providers, with appropriate safeguards; they are listed in our privacy policy. Implementation templates follow the relevant sector standards: HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, GMP+, GlobalG.A.P., GDP and EU driving-time rules (Reg. 561/2006). In-company engagements come with a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. AI prepares; the human decides and signs, with manual approval on critical steps and an audit log.
06Is a certificate issued?
Our focus is working workflows in your operation, not a diploma. Participants can receive proof of the track they followed. It is not an accredited diploma, and we do not present it as one.
