AI that actually works in operations.
Practice-driven AI training and implementation for logistics, food manufacturing and agri-food teams that want to truly excel.
EU-hosted · GDPR-compliant · 100% practice-driven
One operational process per discipline. Run live.
No sales pitch. An agent working inside the relevant standards on a recognisable case. Telemetry runs continuously, a new run kicks off every 12 seconds.
An agent recalibrates routes while trucks are on the road. Live traffic, delivery windows and driver-hours in one model. The planner stays in charge.

96.8 → 98.4 per cent OTD. 86 routes recalibrated on live traffic.
One plan cycle recalibrated against A2, A4 and A15 delays. 7 drivers moved off their daily limit. Proposal ready for manual approval by the planner.

Not for production. Practice example at cohort level. Live implementations run on segregated infrastructure with audit log and RLS per site. Manual approval on critical steps.
Five programmes, one continuous learning track.
Each step prepares for the next. Admission to the Cohort Programme is granted via discovery call.

What the programme contains.
The Cohort Programme has six fixed components. Each participant goes through them over twelve months. Admission via discovery call.
- 01
Four Strategy Days
One-on-one sessions at board or partner level. Translation of strategy into implementation agenda and governance per discipline.
- 02
Twelve cohort sessions
Monthly working sessions with a fixed cohort. Each session covers a specific operational process — from VRP routing to HACCP-compliant predictive maintenance to greenhouse yield forecasting.
- 03
Personal coaching
Asynchronous faculty access between sessions. Response within one business day on questions, code reviews and data issues.
- 04
Templates and audit trail
DPIA templates, data-governance models, audit-trail formats for HACCP/GMP+ and sector-specific prompts and evaluation rubrics.
- 05
Private community
Access to a private platform with cohort members and alumni from the three disciplines. Q&A, code sharing and cross-sector insights.
- 06
Certificate of Completion
On completion a Certificate of Completion is issued listing the modules covered, the cohort year and the discipline.
Four design principles.
The academy follows four principles. They drive module composition, case selection and the learning infrastructure.
- 01
- Modules are built around the operational processes of logistics, food manufacturing and agri-food. Case material and templates come from Dutch operations: distribution centres, production lines, greenhouses and processing plants.
- 02
- The Cohort Programme has a limited number of participants. The size is set for direct peer review and faculty presence at every implementation step.
- 03
- Every implementation runs within the relevant standards: HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, GMP+, GlobalG.A.P., GDP, EU driving-time rules (Reg. 561/2006), GDPR and CSRD. Audit-trail, DPIA and data-governance templates are part of the standard kit.
- 04
- Faculty are operations managers, plant managers, supply chain directors and farm managers with hands-on experience. Theoretical depth is delivered by guest lecturers from Dutch universities and universities of applied sciences.
