How it works

Four steps, a working result.

  1. Step 01

    Inventory

    Upfront we map the operational processes that lend themselves to application: TMS and WMS data for logistics, MES and CMMS data for manufacturing, climate computer and labour data for agri. The programme is composed on this basis.

  2. Step 02

    On-site working sessions

    The single-day form is our Practice Day (from €2,450), on your own site, with up to twelve staff per session. For operations managers, planners, plant managers, growers and QA. Multi-day tracks are bespoke (Scaling, on request). Working material comes from your own organisation.

  3. Step 03

    Implementation plan

    Afterwards you receive an implementation plan with prioritisation, ownership, timeline, data governance and linkage to the relevant standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, GlobalG.A.P., GDP).

  4. Step 04

    Follow-up

    Optional Ongoing guidance: a half-day each month, fitted to your workflow. If product mix, seasonality or regulations change, the plan is adjusted.
